What are the delivery times?

We deliver in France within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods (sales, holidays), an additional delay of 1 to 2 days may occur.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for purchases over €100. Below that amount, costs are indicated directly in the cart based on your address and delivery timeframe.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to most European countries. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. It is also accessible from your customer account

Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our logistics team processes them directly.

Guaranteed quality

In accordance with European legal guarantees, our jewelry is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers faults unrelated to wear and tear or natural usage.

About oxidation

Jewelry may slightly tarnish over time. This phenomenon, called oxidation, is not a defect but a natural reaction that varies from person to person. Skin pH, humidity, or exposure to certain products (perfume, chlorine, creams, etc.) can all be factors.

Our pieces are treated to withstand daily life, but like all costume jewelry, they require care.

Oxidation is a matter of personal chemistry and is not covered by our warranty.

Care tips

To preserve the shine of your jewelry:

- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, or household products
- Store it in its box away from humidity
- Gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

Return the jewelry in its original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt, we will inspect the jewelry and refund you using your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
