When will my jewellery ship?

We ship orders on set dates, announced in advance on each product page. Next shipping date: October 9.

How long does delivery take?

  • France: 4 to 5 working days after shipping.
  • Outside France: a few extra days depending on the destination.

Outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States…), customs duties may be charged on delivery according to local regulations.

How can I track my order?

On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also find it in your account.

Pickup point delivery: please collect your parcel within the time given by the carrier. After that, it is returned to us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, at any time before it ships. Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +33 6 48 88 00 93 with your order number: we will cancel it and refund you in full.

How do I return a piece?

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to return your piece for a refund.

  • The return instructions are sent to you by email, and are also printed on the order confirmation included in your parcel.
  • The piece must be sent back in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
  • Engraved or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You can also bring your online purchase to our boutique at 9 rue de Tournon, Paris 6e, with your order confirmation.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
